I ordered the my go too - the hero smash burger. It hit the spot as usual - tasty, fresh and flavourful. The place was super clean and friendly staff! Will be definitely coming again.

Food is high quality, generous burger patty, crispy fries and tasty poutine (I tried the one with mushrooms). My con with the food is it was low seasoned, for example the egg in the egg burger didn’t have salt at all, you need to add their sauces to improve the flavour. I recommend the smoothies, they are good size and tasty Place is small, and it was not well maintained (it was a puddle of water next to the drink fountain. The only two people attending were kind and helpful

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Excellent Food and Outstanding Solo Service (Saturday, July 26) I visited Hero Burger on Saturday, July 26, and was genuinely impressed. There was only one person working in the kitchen that day, handling everything — taking orders, cooking, and serving — and still managed to deliver great service with a smile. Despite being alone, the staff member was calm, professional, and efficient. My order was taken quickly, and the food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavour. The burger was juicy, the ingredients were fresh, and everything was well put together. It’s rare to see such dedication and hard work, especially when someone is doing it all solo. The place was clean, the food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. Huge kudos to the person working that shift — you made the experience a great one. Highly recommended!
